Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to tour date for a refund (The 6% booking surchange is non-refundable). There is no refund for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled time of tour departure. If the tour is canceled due to weather, you will receive a full refund. On delayed openings, you have the option to get a refund if you can make the delayed tour time. Please arrive 30 minutes early from your confirmed tour time to clock-in. All Groups who have NOT checked-in 5 minutes proior to the scheduled departure of the tour, forfeit thier reservation and those spaces will be filled with walk-ins. NO REFUNDS will be given in this situstion.
